I myself am using Sketchbook v5.2 but it doesn't work well with Windows if you don't already have Pencil v1 or Ballpen v1
If you're "starting" drawing, that's exactly what you should do... start drawing

edit: btw. I would recommend open canvas... cause it's pretty cool (it's no painter) and it's free
