This last one is really good!
I particularly like their faces and the way you drew their hair.
The only crit I have is that their legs from the knees down seem a bit small, but that is all.

so here's the progress at the coloured piece, only just started out by fiddling with some paper texture and line colouration. now onto actual painting :3
EDIT: ok base colours :3 time to run...
EDIT: still need to block out base colours.. but haven't been happy with the face... closer now.
EDIT: blocked out. fiddled. next start painting.
EDIT: mucha:ish frame added.. started painting :U
EDIT: FINALLY picked this piece up again and finished it. could be a bit more polished but that last 10% and time... ugh need sleep. all-nighter.

monstertree: I won't dissapoint then! (darnit gotta run again, have to check your sb soon. so little internet lately)
I did some work on the muchalise piece, I like the frame, it needs some background pattern or some anchor like a blown up big bird at the bottom for colour composition me thinks... still painting.
in the meanwhile I had a lovely christmas with my niece who gave me a sketch pad of 70 pages and ever since the other christmas when I gave her that Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue dvd she's been crazy about fairies.. great film it was :U so project: one fairy in pencil a day for 70 days which is the number of pages and then give it back to her and see if I get another sketch pad
    today's fairy:

rahr. mental issues getting the best of me. always stressed... you just can't be creative when you're stressed out etc. did something today at least. new strategy. doing tshirt designs for organic tshirts promoting nature and cool ideas/thought-ponderers regarding the city and its relation and potentials with nature.

found a funny blending mode while upping the lines with a high-pass layer.. that'll have to be it. it attenuates the stuff at the lower part of the column that I find too busy and will strip out... needs to be clean and quick as a message.
tree. growing out of concrete pillar. period. me thinks.... bla bla bla.. will make more designs and start posting mroe freq.. etc hopefully, Ta! :]]

I don't know after all that polishing and perfecting it all looks rather boring... like... how mere art becomes boring.. I think I need more concept and less pretty...
