    ya welcome

TLL we used Inquisitor with small figures for battles and made some Tabletop RPG out of it. was quite fun but the 40k setting isnt all to good for roleplaying

That ship-design is SICK dude! Only crit there would be that the mountain-range is taking a lot out of the image because it seems rushed and undefined. Also, the colors, lighting and rendering is so much different from the ship that it looks rather paisted in than being a part of the environment.

Anyways, I like how you pump out design like it's nobody's business.

    thx

    thanks man

ya right. the whole drawing was rushed even the ship. if u had seen how i did it you would probably cry cheeeater:-). the whole composition is screwed up; in order to place the Arc thing in the landscape i should have used another directional lightsource to throw the shadow somewhere on the ground where you can see it.

hehe ... the last one somehow reminds me of the inside submarine of Dr. Evil in Austin Powers ... Just one crit: I think the ocean should be darker around the big fish especially because the effect of its light would come out much better that way and would give the appearance more creepiness

    Piecemaker,

I just reviewed your whole sketchbook- and yeah, you're a lot better than me. I'm studying eviroments now... and I hope to do half as well as you. Any advice?

One thing I noticed on your characters- I know you're working on anatomy... but I noticed that your hands and foot placement need work. It seems your characters are always "off balance" because their foot placement is not natural. The hands also often have a slightly unnatural look to them. Other than that... you rock. (did I say you were better than me?)

How long does it take you to complete one of your enviro pics?

    Thanks for your thread!
    JT
