hey, nice new stuff! uhm...what do you mean you don't like the colros in the end? you don't like the base color choises, or the way the coloring looks? (if it's the first case, some color thumbs might do the trick). i think they have a very nice impact, and quite characteristic hehe but that's me =)
if i can throw a critic to the last guy..well it's not really a critic, but the help for me it's not really fitting with the rest of the armor...looks more like a phat loot piece..it's of way better facture that the rest...and uhm...it's also quite characteristic for me...also cause it's in the head, so grabs my attention first, giving me an idea of the character..but then the rest of the armor is not really following that feeling and feels a bit strange...if you know what i mean. i'm not saying it's wrong, it's just the feeling i get =)
    cheers!

edit: for the img, i think you need to put an attachment in the first post...not sure though..

    hoi

    Hoi Pepps
thx for ya view. i have the same feeling with the viking char. he doesnt look too consistent. initially i had the task to make a concept for a heavy armored tank viking. then i had the idea to form a dragon into a viking helmet. after i painted the silhouette and the helmet i said to myself: hmm he must look more like a viking so i added all the hard leather armor plates and the fur stuff. so i ended up with steel plate elements, leather armor, chainmail, fur and cothes-->maybe a bit 2 much. the high amount of detail (in conjunction with a unique silhouette and characteristic colors) is necessary to distinguish player characters from npcs. for the colors, well.. to me they always feel to strong and 'dreamy'. unfortunately adjusting saturation or levels doesnt help to much:-(.
    cheers dude

Het bro, great stuff as usual,

Yeah I figured it out after a while, I think you paste a picture into the very first post . (So at the top of page 1- Edit post, then add picture and save the changes.
It should come up after that.(I think)

    Take care,
drop by sometime, Id love to hear what critiques you could give.

I really like the Graveyard painting you did for your pen and paper rpg. I think it shows the dark atmosphere very well.

By the way, I'm just interested in which rpg you play. D&D, Schwarzes Auge, or something else.

    Hey TLL

    Hey TLL
nice of you for dropping by.
right now im leading 2 D&D 3.5 campaigns. one is set in a self made world and the other one in the planescape universe. I played quite a few RPGs in the last 14 years .
back in the days i started with DSA (das schwarze Auge). after that i played shadowrun(a lot), saga, earthdawn, vampire tm, kindred of the east, Call of Cthulhu(a lot) and a warhammer40k rpg conversion. 50% gamemaster 50% gamer id say.
    How about u?

im pretty happy how the graveyard turned out. actually it was a speedie that surprisingly worked well after i think 2 hours or so

    take care

I started with DSA and now I'm playing D&D. But I'm going to be the leader of two DSA campaigns in a few months.

The warhammer40k rpg conversion sounds interessant to me. Which game was the base of this conversion?
