    Hey nebo! First crit: please update!
    Anyway, nice that you're thinking about character variation. Maybe also consider functionality and story more. Great that you're applying stuff from head. Try and do some observational drawings, still lifes, life sketching etc! It's fun and helps build the foundation too.

    Hey there, you've got a nice sketchbook coming along. It's probably getting a lil ' lonely now though. I have to agree with Eddieee about the observational stuff, and Metal Fingers in regards to some of your character's bodies. These things will help more in your character variations. Keep drawing!

    Your doing some great stuff girl. My advice is just keep on drawing till you get blisters on your fingers And keep going for your dream. And also there has been some nasty remarks said on you sb but somewhere I heard "Critiques are like bubblegum. You chew on it for a bit and then spit it out." Hope this helps

    Wow, that's some interesting stuff you got here. It's really hard for me to say much about it as a whole since it all seems so dynamic. Depending on the work, you seem to display completely different levels of efficiency and it's really boggling me. Haha. That being said, I do think your colours could use a little more depth But your shading and form are pretty good regardless. Mind, I'm not one to be giving advice, all considered, but sometimes it's easier to find things to improve on in others art than it is your own.

    Definitely be keeping an eye on this, though don't mind me if I'm a silent stalker for the most part. I tend to not have a terrible amount of time for commenting.

    Very nice thread you have here! Tons of art to dig through. I have to say that my favorite stuff is the thumbnails and silohettes that you do before starting characters. Your designs lose something when you start to render them in and push them to a finish. Continued anatomy study and value studies will certainly help. Try to look at artists you like and look at them really critically. Ask why a certain image works and why you like it. Why does it appeal to you and what is the artist doing to achieve this? Then try to push a bit of that back into some of your own stuff. Keep studying! This thread is rocking!

    ================================================== ========================================

    I am alive! Somewhat at least ;P

    Okay, I know seeing a lot of writing just switches people off so here's a quick run down to what has happened haha
    My scanner breaks
    Exams start - 6 weeks long with up to 8 exams a day
    My tablet pen snaps in half
    I catch some messed up illness that my friend has :/
    I get better 2 days ago and my dad fixes my tablet pen! WOO!
    Exams go hardcore... joy of tablet dies
    Today I finished my exams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! Partyyy + I just fixed my scanner
    I also got this injection that everyone is getting for cervical cancer and it's totally messed up my arm. Need to get better quick! Can't kill my joy
    Eating, drinking, sleeping, waking, schooling, dying and reincarnating in between
    One thing is though, I draw daily everyday. Pencil work but it's a bit hard to get some decent quality stuff with a small amount of time. So there's soooooooo many things to scan!

    ================================================== ===================================

    There is an absolutely ridiculous amount of pages to scan. Not going to scan it all but even the life drawings that I want to put in there's way too many. Sorry for the small update but i'll have to continue it in the morning. There's over 4 sketchbooks to go through and pick stuff from :/

    Okay some life stuff, life meaning.... just stuff around the house, brother etc ;P:

    Missed getting tons of time to draw
    Tons more digital work, sketches and craziness coming. Just gotta get around to posting it all ;P

    Yeah whooo you're back. I seriously started missing ya and ur work. I'd say there has been a definite improvement. Not only is your work starting to look more realistic but also your line quality and technical skill is improving. You're definately getting a unique style and it's good to see you exploring with the abstractness. Just keep doing that stuff and before you know it you become as insane as Wes.
    I love the last 3 pieces. The face shows some pretty good understanding of the muscular and that second dude is just macho. The char does look a bit flat though so you wanna focus on getting some more depth in and slightly upping the difficulty of the pose and getting some foreshortening in. And last one is just weird but super awesome. I love that one the most. BUt yea again a lil flat so get those overlapping parts and feet dissapearing in the background.

    Lots of love
