Goddamn, I really love how you take cartoons and old comics and reinvent them. However, I am also appreciative of you doing a few original characters just to break up the monotony. By the way, I wouldn't mind seeing your take on:

You know, its funny because I'm the biggest batman fan ever... I wear a batman ring constantly (for 5+ years) and have several t-shirts and a belt. But of all the characters, I actually think your portrayal of Superman and Clark is the best. If only because that's the one that really stands out as original against the traditional design, yet also nails the characters. I love the fact that clark looks almost meek even though he's obviously huge, and the way he hold himself makes it look more like fat than muscle. Then when you look at him as Superman he's all straight lines and power.

The others are great too, but aside from slightly thinner proportions (with the exception of hulk) they don't look as original as the Superman one.

Psychotic Wizard of Ox is fucked up but still somehow cool.

Love the Teen Lantern and Flash.

The new costume design of Nightwing is pretty slick.

Shaggy as a Ghost buster is just too cool for words!

The sex reversal of Joker and Harley Quinn is freaking awesome!

And finally a team up of Optimus Prime, Robo Cop, Astro Boy, Inspector Gadget, Megaman and Ironman is just what the world needs! Dude, you're my hero!

Thought of Calvin as a boy who grew into a man and never gave up on imagining himself as different characters. He just needed to find out how to do what he loved full-time. It had to be cool, filled with car chases, beautiful dames, cool ass fights, gun battles and of course room enough for a certain imaginary best friend. I'm thinking he made the right choice.

At least in the way I envision being a Spy. Ha!

Ok! The first piece I'm submitting on deviant in the new year. This is part of something I created a while back called the "Ego Series" [link]

Sort of based of Frank Millers "Dark Knight Returns" story from the late 80's

I thought I'd show Bruce Wayne in his late 40's though.

THought that instead of making him a womanizing billionaire, playboy I'd make him more of a ruthless, money hungry, asshole of a business man who treats everyone around him like complete crap. From the press that interviews him to the employees that work under him. Sort of Gordon Gekko if yah will. Now even though this isn't who Bruce is subconsciously, he knows that if he Acts this way he must look the part. So I chose to grease back his hair, 5 o clock his face, drape him in an expensive suit and give him a smile to fit his endless sarcasm. A look that if he slid on a cheaper pair of threads, could pass as the some of the gangsters he pummel as the Bat.

Who would think an asshole like this would risk his life every night to save Gotham from the real ones. Not too many I'm thinking.
