gah! an iron man and a venom! you have my thanks cos these are awsome!

your iron man analysis is dead on for how he should be, the venom is an interesting one too and actually makes sense as being a bad guy, the whole religious and lethal protector thing with brock in the comics doesnt make him very evil/ threatening, and the new gargan venom is too much of a chicken.
your venom makes a lot of sense and i would like to see that in the comics!!

I've been blown away by your take on each one of these icons. Your artwork is fantastic and your profiles are exactly what I would love to see in a graphic novel featuring these characters.

Oh yeah...I'd love to see what you could do with the Black Panther! Keep feeding us more.

These are awesome. This is probably one of my favorite superhero-related posts in all of the forums. You've taken your personal style, and added your own logic to your approach of these characters. You've thought a lot about the core qualities of each character, and redesigned them appropriately.

Your Spidey is realistically stringy and youthful.

Your Superman and Clark really capture the dichotomous nature of how he has to portray himself with each identity. Contrasting body language!

Batman and Bruce demonstrate the same contrasting body language present in the Superman and Clark character.

    Iron Man is perfect.

Eddie Brock is unorthodox in a very palletable way. I like it. Of course, you've captured Venom quite nicely as well.

I'm usually not partial to the kiddie-ized versions of superheroes, but I think that your style works here.

Nice work overall! You've successfully applied your style to some characters that we're all familiar with without sacrificing your own style, nor the core qualities that make these characters who they are. Hats off to you! Give me more!
Intrepid explorer Spaceman Spiff lands on an uncharted planet. What strange wonders will he discover here?

    Grayson.....Robin

So I was basically thinking of the points just before Robin decided on going solo and placing the blue and black tights on to become the Skull bashing, bullet dodging nocturnal "NightWing" we know him as today. So my thought of Dick Grayson before that change is as a high-school prep student that is extremely intelligent but sarcastic, rebellious, hot tempered and non-caring when it comes to the interaction with others. As robin he seems to be more serious, fearless and mentally darker than his past care-free self. I thought that maybe he had something to do with the design of the outfit as well. Giving it a more of a muted, modern and bad ass look to fit his attitude. To me Robin may have had his disagreements with the Bats which probably ultimately resulted in him leaving to do his own thing but I think he'll become just another Bat in a bird costume. What's your thought of Mr.Grayson ?

I gotta say, I always love underdog characters, and Robin is one of my absolute favorites. I think, like all of these others, you completely nailed the ontention of the character. Great work. really love this stuiff, from concept ro execution.

    Thumbs up

This Robin piece is terrific. Not only did you eliminate the Green, but then you get really ballsy and you get rid of the Yellow too. Fantastic Sir!
Red Flack jacket (w/ waistcoat styling)!
A Collared, short cape that actually looks badass!
    Sidearm style utility belts!
And let it not go without mention that your Emo Grayson and his prep school defiance is also very good and very fashionable.
You absolutely should submit this redesign to Project: Rooftop

Not much I can add that hasn't already been said about the *awesomeness* of these renders (insert little animated kiss-butt icon here.)

So where could one snag higher-res versions to use as wallpaper, and where are the tutes? And since I'm being so damn demanding, some prelims or concepts of your process would also rock.

Look forward to more of these - great job, 'K', very inspirational. (insert kiss-butt thing here as well.)

These are amaaazing! Batman, Venom and Robin are definitely my favorite- I love these poses you've captured them in, the heroes in mid-flight, and the citizens in their respective composures. OF WHICH, are fantastic... you really managed to capture and almost caricature their personalities. Really great work, man. Thanks for sharin'... keep shaaarin'!

Thank you for sharing, your designs are very inspiring to me. I'm new around here, no arts background and struggling with the basics at the age of 34 (and a full time job that has nothing to do with drawing). My goal is to develop some characters and make my own comic strips (for fun, no professional interest).

With that said, let me ask you this: What is the time frame between concept and the final image you upload here for us?

    Thank you.
From time to time, just to improve your artistic skills and overall health, I strongly suggest that you go out on a bike ride.
Please help with my progress by contributing here.
