Alright, first off, welcome aboard! This place is zany to say the least
So, here goes:
It seems you have a strong start in anatomy. Some things I would definitely reccomend you read/practice: http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=94571
This is about the best practice you can get is to start off on those studies!
