2100 yeah i see where you're coming from. a proper anatomy course i need to take

jdeegz thanks for the tip. i guess i get kinda drawn into one shape/form pretty early on, definitely something to work on

Justin. Yep. i can understand that. This however was an experiment in undersea vessels, so hydrodynamics was a must.

Trashy thanks! i need to get back to drawing! ha...

finally something to post. I've been spending too much time cycling and not enough time arting.
Hopefully i can figure out a happy medium. Here's some fun shape play.

here's another page of bird peoples.
I decided on going for an Aztec/Mayan theme
continuing to fix anatomy issues with the figures and the bird skulls
also trying to generate usable tattoo themes as clothing is sparse at best.

    enjoy

Designs are looking great! Do you plan on picking some of these and painting it?

Looking good. I like the bird people. I think it would be cool if you gave them mannerisms like birds. Maybe they have jerky movements that mimic those of birds. You could study the behavior of birds and try to work some of that into their poses. Otherwise I like the way they are coming out so far.

Are you going to stick to the costume idea or are you going to go all out and make the people part bird? (Personally I like what your doing in both respects. I say explore them both to a degree, maybe they are part bird but also wear some trappings that give them the further look of a bird.)

    Keep it up

kidult thanks dude. i definitely will

    ----------------------------

it's been a while! I've been busy being a dope and not doing anything of merit. But here's some that you might like. I've decided to work a lot more on this bird society, so expect more of that from here on out. I'm still working out the purpose, and the reasoning behind it all so we'll see where that goes, but hopefully we'll have something interesting in the end.

    enjoy!
