Question about Modbook

I've been doing some research about TabletPC...
they seem great for natural drawing with the power of Ps or Painter
the Modbook got my sight...
(the new 14" Gateway also...but poor European that I am they dont sell it there)

I was thinking of this setup...i will draw on the tablet but sometimes i will extend it with a 24 inch monitor (so i can see the big picture )

will the graphic chipset (intel 950) allow it?

i have used one, they are ok they only have 256 levels of pressure sensativity, and i am used to my intuos 3 by now, my cintiq has 512 levels of sensativity and i can still notice from my intuos, i would find someone who has one and test it out make sure you like it, i am almost positive the graphics chipset will allow a clone view of your screen, i think my old laptop had that chipset, hope this helps

I use the old Axiotron Modbook, it has 512 levels of pressure, using the Wacom Penabled driver so it's similar to the graphire tablets.. I moved from a Cintiq and hardly notice the pressure difference (from 1024 levels). Hardly notice tilt missing.
The new Modbook Pro seems to be using the same drivers as the Axiotron Modbook, but this is based on spec data on their site so I could be wrong- haven't actually used it yet.
The Axiotron Modbbooks I've used can connect to larger displays, but I've noticed the fans running loud while connected, with eventual system shut-down. Could be because I run tgp many programs at once. I've been told that the Modbook Pro is really powerful and that it's hard to get the fans to even run! Seems reassuring. It's using an integrated Intel graphics chip... More details on their site.
