They're good, watercolour is one of my favourite mediums and you do it nicely.

Your figure work is very exceptional Desiree, post 9 is the best...the only crit I might have is try to put in some background...yes I know you hate backgrounds...Sometimes you can get away without backgrounds if a figure is standing but when they are laying like that they tend to always have a floating feel. But then again I'm not exactly the one to talk. I don't have backgrounds by choice in alot of my stuff...

    Hi,

Nice work. Few crits; ofcourse most of this are fast sketches, nevertheless perhaps you can use it for the better in the future.
Post sep 22 - first sketch could use more economy in line, try to define the line and its effect before putting a stroke down.
second lacks correct flow of form/line given its appearance , try to visualize the form as a whole and keep this in mind
third, excellent work no crit , only that i would like to see the left arm worked out a bit more ( it reads strange)
fourth, good but keep values in mind
fifth, hmm difficult i would say the outlines are too harsh, try to bring the outlines/edges/transitions/changes of plane etc etc lol out by using the color
    dec 5
excellent drawings (first one best) but still watch out for too hard of an outline
    dec 6
good drawing and use of value watch out for the hand though(more of a claw lol) But keep on observing since this is the most important part. For example the eyes arent round and completely black but more stretched and oval, the mouth is toobig and appears to have no lips(teeth are too large and uniform in form as well) The form of the head is not correct either and his hair reads very strange also (could be a bad hair day , but still value problems there hehehe)

Good work and keep it up,
my sketchbook will be online soon to give hope to the below average artist hehehe hope you crit too bye
