    Cool - nice little animations

My favorites are the short wine-glass thingy jumping from left to right and the ufo. I feel they both have the most natural movement and completed sequence - keep up the good work and would be great to see a slightly longer animation sequence. Out of interest have you heard of Toon Boom animation software? http://www.toonboom.com I've been using Toon Boom Studio for quite a few years now and find it very intuitive and more similar to traditional animation process then Flash.

    Keep rocking

hehe - nice work as usual dude! My only gripe is Why so Loooooong between posts! lol

Can't make my mind up which colour scheme I prefer - the blue is kinda too strong and the brown being the same as his hair kinda over-does the brown... maybe if you toned down the blue to more of a typical office work shirt blue (whatever that is!)

Anyways - keep it up! and checked out your blog and love the business card idea with the lil panda falling and rolling.

    Yeah....

Ah, Mr. 7. I am guilty. I haven't been able to post much in the last 3 months. I'm graduating in 5 days, so things have kinda gotten in the way of posting. I will be posting more soon! Once parties ensue and much merriment has been had, I shall once again be prolific. TTYS!

    Dr Petrol

Got to play with a Cintiq on this one. SO much fun. I don't have much experience painting in Photoshop. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

    Dancer

My friend has a picture I started painting over. She's a dancer. Not sure where I'm going with this painting, but it's fun to play with.

Looked at about 4 pictures of a friend and came up with this. I could probably push some features a lot more, like his eyes....

    The friend Zac

I've been meeting more and more people who are named Zac without an "h" or a "k" after it. I find that odd. Just like a guy in high school what Chadd, with that extra "d".

    Guy lips are hard.

    Sketch Dump of sorts

On the beach I started playing with the dry sand. Never worked with dry sand before this. I had to keep my body fairly still or the wind would blow the face away, hahaha.

For my nephews birthday I gave him a sketchbook. Inside the front cover I drew Cap, his favorite Super. I'm fairly pleased with how it turned out.

I watched a movie with my family called The Big Year with Jack Black, Owen Wilson and Steve Martin in it. The movie is about birding and finding as many species within a calendar year as possible. The movie sounds boring, but it's not. We all decided to do our own Big Year, though it's not going to be as exciting as in the movie.
In this challenge, we all are picking our Target Bird, the bird that is the most exciting to see and is not the easiest to find. I chose the Calliope Hummingbird. Smallest hummingbird in the US and one of the more striking.

Hey, Sage! Thanks so much for stopping by my sketchbook. Funny enough, I was working on a comment for yours before I even knew you commented but my computer crashed :C haha. Well, enough unrelated banter, you have a really great sketchbook going on here! I especially like that bird in the last post.

You have a really great style, but I think you could benefit from doing some more realistic facial studies, as well. It seems that you're already doing realistic figures here and there so good work on that. I really think it would strengthen your cartoon style as well.

For the Captain America sketch (what a sweet gift idea, by the way!) I would just suggest making his muscles a bit more solid? I can't think of the correct word, but his muscles seems a bit saggy or deflated. Not very noticeably but perking them up a bit more would give him a more hard-muscle look. Also squaring his chest muscles a tiny bit more might help.

I was looking for muscley chests and accidentally stumbled across a screen from the Captain America movie. Can't believe I didn't think to look for that initially. Anyway, hopefully this picture shows what I'm trying to say better.
