@suru: The client wanted some random internet meme-esque subjects. So, I just had a little brainstorming session combining some net cliches and this popped out.

I really love your work. Has such life to it. And love the textures you use. I was actually wondering about that. Some of your textures such as in post 718 look a lot like what Andrew Jones has used in some of his work. How do you get those circular lines in the artwork? I cant figure it out, but I like the effect it gives.

@Hive_minD: Basically, I pull my PS image into Illustrator and use the Blend Tool to with 2 circles (or some irregular shapes) with a tapered art stroke applied. That gives me the basic engraving look. Then I paste that back into PS and use it as a Layer Mask, painting various colors to blend different areas. Hope that makes sense.

@Lav: I've thought a lot about doing an art book, but haven't gathered enough decent material for a general one. My ongoing Canon (Working Title) series is structured to eventually be a book, like an illuminated manuscript. My biggest problem of course is finding time to get all these done with all the commercial junk I have on my plate.
