I feel the improvement is shown in your paintings, however this is my suggestion. Keep at those gestures for a bit, start to control your line more as hamsta said on one of the first pages of your sketchbook, that was some advice you missed for a while when i was looking through. Have a look at Glen Vilppu's classes for some quality gesture tools, and maybe some bridgeman for your understanding of anatomy. Hope i helped
I hope to be the best i can be... nothing less

Promising paintings on this last page.
You are starting to get the hang of using the right
colors on the right places. On the environment 'garrish copy copy'
you did nicely with the contrast, blurring the background and making
sharper the dude in the focal point. Very slick stuff. When you are
painting/drawing faces and heads, watch out for the proportions.
Make sure that you draw them correctly and after that you should
go into detailing. Great things happened lately in your improvement.
    Keep it up.

Was not visiting your book for a while,
and I see that you got your self into serious
business with self portraits and live streamings.
That is just fantastic. Your digital paintings,
are getting more confident and more accurate.
As pencils are concerned, I would advice, that
you try to use different type of pencils cause all of your
drawings are the same value. Try to mix up for
like for example from 2H to 4B plus working
out the small details as the eyes are with mechanical
pencils HB and 2B. Generally try to experiment with
the stuff, you cannot go wrong. I can also see that
you painted your keyboard with markers.
    That is just neat.

NickyBeats just some kinda sketchbook, its a bit thicker than copy paper. but my advise when it comes to paper is just get the cheapest stuff you can find

    LtPlissken
thakns man I dont realy like working with other pencils than HB,B, and B2.
but i get what your saying

Thanks for dropping by, I see a lot of improvement in this sketchbook. You're really pushing yourself, and it's good to watch. No crits from me for now, just keep going the way you've been going.

great sketchbook you have here-showing a lot of hard work. I see that you really want crits so I'll give you a couple. Firstly, when drawing eyes it is very rare that you find a continuous line around the eyeball. Drawing in a "complete" shape like that will flatten a shape and give it (to the viewer) much less volume. The same applies for most shapes really, and continuous outlines are rarely used in any facial shapes (always exceptions of course)

secondly, if you vary your line weight a little more it will give your studies and drawings a great deal more volume. Just as you would use dark and light values in a rendered sketch to show shadow, so your can be similarly varied to show harder or softer edges. I'm sure you know, but if you really think "where is the edge apparent" or "where can I almost NOT see the edge" each time you draw, it will add that little extra something.

Hope those help, I know what its like to crave those crits!

the colors you used in your last selfportrait really rock, overally speaking they are becoming really better.
Keep on making thoses anatomy studies, they're so usefull, you can also make some material studies (metal clothing rock...)
The last sketches are good , i'm sure you can make them even more precise regarding anatomy, clothes foldings...your lines are becoming more confident as you're understanding what you draw.
Your enviros studies are quite qaccurate as well keep on doing some.
Well you've guessed that at this point the biggest tip is... work! You already know a lot about what you have to do to make huge progress, so work on anatomy on ligthning on material and eventually on composition, you have the potential you can rock
(ho and you can use big brushes with lower opacity.(Here is a usefull brushset : http://maximverehin.com/)
