Sorry I never replied back to this - ConceptArt didn't alert me of the post. Ha, I'm really glad you like the piece, I've personally gone off it now but it did the job of getting me the grade I wanted for Art. This year I'm pulling off an animation similar to Simon's Cat and using the other unit to practice anatomy. The project was called "Zoom In Zoom Out", which allowed for almost anything as long as it had the concept of a final piece zoomed in or out (or both) in it. The exam topic ended up being...can't remember what it was called now but I ended up doing a 14 page comic for it, which also got good marks. Again, sorry for the...6 month belated reply, damn that sucks. Shall not happen again!
When I saw your final piece I was in awe. Way more than expected / needed for AS level art. It's also quite brave of you to process it in 3 months, but it is totally is worth it. You must have learnt a lot from this. Is the project titled Textures Surfaces and Structures? It seemed to fit in perfectly well - Good luck on your exam topic! Which is coming pretty soon right?
