As I mentioned previously I find it a bit flat. This due to the ref I guess. Anyhow those skintones rock! keep kickin!

first of all its a very nice picture! there is some minor errors in the likeness but nothing to worry to much about. THe biggest thing seems to be the right eye (our right). Maybe it should go some more to the left. but once again. good job!
