Prints of Artwork

Prints on paper, as far as I know should be obviously sent in a tube, what about canvas? Is it the responsibility of the customer to stretch the canvas on a stretcher or mount it on anything else?

Otherwise, canvas prints will be incredibly expensive both to make and to ship.
