I may not look EXACTLY like this, but sometimes I do feel like this :)

Maybe try to make your values not so similar.Find out where the light is coming from.Then determine what is in light and what is in shadow.Don't draw everything in the middle value range.Squinting should help.It will also help to see the edges and to compare them.

Yes, it does help alot. I do have a problem with my drawings appearing somewhat blunt. I will keep that in mind. Thanks a lot! :)
