Really seems like you're having fun with Painter :) Nice angle, incredible textures! Though the red areas don't add much to the structure, I think. Afterthought?

i think the nose is confusing, my third time looking at it i realize that it is caved in as a skulls would - or is it? my favorite part of the portrait is your right catoract eye, that looks cool. and i think you did the lip fussion/drip thing better than the matrix did.

I did this one right when I woke up, I sat down and just made it as sponteneous as possible, I think I must have been compesating for the nightmares i dont have because I dont sleep long enough to really dream. it felt like I was getting it out of my system like coughing up an emotional hairball of negative energy. it may give the impresion of insanity but I assure you that If I dednt excercise these demons than I would have no choice but to go insane, its far from my favorite either and the red was a quick after thought, and a rushed one.

nick- good question, my work art and personal art are like two different snakes that are forever eating eachothers tails .
