I'd like a very honest evaluation of some portfolio pieces and my overall current hire-ability for the games industry. My entire portfolio is located at http://www.justinwaltersart.com Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

The second illustration is very cool, good color and composition! Man face is very interested, very strong and expressive! I like!
The others are less personnal

I liek the first one, I like the second one, I also like the third one, and I like the IDEA of the fourth one. good job, but in your last drawing it looks like the man with the gun is aiming at the ground... strange

The second is really good. I am not too sure about the last. It looks to me that the figures are not grounded enough. They all seem to be floating. I think it is the shadows that are causing the problem. keep it up your doing good.

The perspective and relationships of the figures to the environment in the last one are way off. This is something you're really going to need to tackle.

I would suggest for the perspective dimensional problem the read of this two pages of Figure Drawing by Loomis, it helped me ;)

by the way, I like the strong contrast on the second one :)

Thanks for all the feedback so far, I appreciate it. I agree with the crits on the last piece, the floating figures need to be corrected. Thanks for posting the Loomis links, Azza!

Nice stuff, but to be very hounest, the first one is very flat,
The second one isnt really a portfolio piece, and 3 and 4 is lacking fundamentals..
However, just keep it up! You've got some nice advice already!
