Michisei Kohno or Kohno Michisei

Sorry to be such a tard about this artist if he's incredibly popular and well know in other circles but his name didn't exactly come up in Janson's so...you'll have to forgive me. Best I know is that he was late 19th century to mid 20th.
But would anyone know of any books about him, or of Taisho Realism? Searched google, amazon, and Art Renewal and came up with squat other than his self portrait...(incredible work)

i googled him in japanese, you can follow some of the links if you want, but i didnt find a lot worth anything. you might want to look a bit further down the line though, so:
