Need some technical help...

Hey guys and gals,

Look all I want to do post an avatar pick next to my name in the threads and I can't seem to figure it out. I have run over all the account setting and everything but I must have missed something. If someone wouldn't mind like giving me some walk-through directions I would appreciate it. Thanks:)
