Forum Question - Subscription via PM?

I was asking myself if it's possible to get a PM-notification rather than an e-mail-notification when you subscribe to a thread?

That would actually be a cool thing to see happen.

It's so much easier to just go directly to the User CP to see which subscribed threads have responses since last you perused the site.

It is going to the well and drawing the water, vice having it splashed upon you. More control for you, less work for others.

Yeah, I just found that option actually. What I was looking for was a way of being noticed of a reply when the site is reloaded (e.g. next page in a thread) by the usual pop-up when there's a new pm. Because then you wouldn't have to go to the CP and _wait_ for a new reply. Another problem is that their might be people (like me) who don't use email and who don't have the email-program opened all the time, so that email-notification doesn't work out.

But I admit that this page (and the community pages in particular) has more potential than I have yet figured out, that's right.
