Remaking my sketchbook so some stuff has been seen. Keeping what I liked from the old one and discarding the rest for now.

Here are the figure studies, 3-10mins each on these. First one drawn in November '05, last in May before the Montreal workshop.

Don't hesitate to give Critique  on anything in this thread

Hey man, it was cool meetin' ya in Montreal. You did the smart thing and went to bed early... I'm still sick from lack of sleep. You didn't talk much either!

These are pretty nice, keep posting man!

Sup gorg, Next workshop, we'll see. First I wanted to save the money and wait to go until I have a portfolio that I think I can get a job with, which will take at least 2 more years or more. But I changed my mind so If I have the money I'll go even if I wont have a portfolio ready by then, just to learn more cause these workshops are a real boost in every way. We'll see as the date gets nearer

Here are some montreal doodles. The van houtte cafe dino above is also a montreal making.

Here is my first pencil render that I thought was ok. I learned from Wes to take my time with the hatching, that's how you get so fine lines. The character is just some monkeyman profile I quickly laid down but the focus here was to bring out the form with crosshatching.
