Hi all,
I'm new here and haven't posted any of my own work as of yet... but I'm always on the lookout for good reference material. Back in the day it was tons of magazine clips and a massive book collection... much of that has now been taken over by hard drives chock full of images.
So I thought I'd share some great stuff I came across...
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/theartofwar/artists/
Check it out. Brilliant stuff. I'm glad there is some background info with these images and it's nice to see some of the names behind the skills.
Let me know what you think of the images/link and feel free to post any your own similar links here.
Anyone know of any resource online like this for American military art?
regards,
Mambo
Note: If I've posted this thread in the absolute wrong place or there is a better place - would the MODs kindly move it for me.
