Is there an uploading limit as to the size of the pictures people upload? becasue i can never seen to find one if there is, can anyone help me?

Upload to where?.....I guess it depends on who you use for photo hosting

I think Fuu is referring to the Conceptart.org 3.0 section (Submit items/images) , the personal section of the site.
I don't know what the limit is. How about you try uploading a 1mb image and seeing if it tries to stop you? :)
