It give a pretty cool selection from whatever name you put in. The bummer is that you can only skip a certain number of songs, and you cant go to previous songs

There is also this site, last.fm (http://last.fm) , you can d/l their music player and listen to "similar artist" radio. Basically put in any band you like and they have a range of people to listen to from pretty similar to not so similar. Cool way to find new artists.
