Shit, those are really damn nice. Love the dooku one.

One thing though, are the ghostbusters supposed to be chasing the ghost? Because it looks more like it's directly on top of the police car. Maybe if it was larger and intersected with the car rather than just barely touching it.

That's Slimer, he's their friend!

These are great! My two crits: green light in the bottom left of the ghostbusters one - seems to be coming from the border, but the border doesn't look like it's glowing much, really; and I don't like the purple effect on the Nightcrawler pic. I like the purple, the effect is just kind of confusing.

Great images, I love the life of the characters, I really like the Nightcrawler piece.

Couple questions.. Why work in flash if you are not intending to animate these? Wouldn't working in Illustrator or some other vector program be easier to work with? Also, what is the bad guy from Danny Phantom doing with all those badasses, haha.

Another quality rendition of Juggernaut :teeth:

They are not chasing the ghost. Thats Slimer man! hes probably just chill'n with them because he's their buddy! I love Slimer!

And great work on your "last supper" kinda peice, the fourth one. I just love it.

#4 reminds of the last supper very much
If you want to achieve a even closer connection try to hint at the compositon of the original more!
and limit the number of people to fit "the Jesus crew"

very nice style, just checked your page. good drawing skills and master use of flash (your two animations) and I would like to see some more. Your figures are dynamic (form and line) with great color combination. Way to go, keep it up!

I admire your ability and patience for drawing in Flash. It can be a nightmare program at times.

Love the style.

Slick line work, I love the bounciness of it. The Nightcrawler one is awesome, (BAMF has to be the best onomatopeia ever) but I'm not sure about the background.

Wow, you're work is fantastic, man! Saw the DC characters, too. LOVE your style.

Your'e doing this in Flash? Wow. Why Flash over, say, Illustrator, or just Photoshop? Got any notes on your process?

Bravo!!

Crazy style, I absolutely love them all. They have so much motion and life, can't really find anything to criticize. Wouldn't want to do that either though. ;)

Wow! I've been gone for a few days, and I wasn't expecting all the great C&C! Thanks guys! I'll try and answer some q's that have popped up here too. Cheers

mcwolf - Strange, but I only just saw Andrews work recently, up until then I had never seen it. I love his work, it's much more fluid than mine by far!

Ray Dillon - I just use Flash cause I'm very comfortable with it and I really enjoy the crispness that it produces. I have used the other programs, but just find Flash the easiest for me. I have a basic tutorial on the coloring process in my DA gallery too. :)

Infinit - Good eye on the homage to the Last supper. I was trying to give that feel without copying the composition.

OSU_Samurai - I find Flash easy to work with, so I use it to do the colors. These could be animated with some work to break them up into symbols too.
That pic with Vlad was a commission piece and the commissioner requested those baddies all together :)

nonie - Yeah, I'm constantly trying new things with the efx, I'll probably try something entirely new if I did another NC pic down the road

Again, I'm humbled by the feedback! Thanks a lot, and when I get more I'll post it up!

Cheers
