Can't get links to work! Help!

I don't know if this is a common problem or just me, but I can't get the links at the top to work.

BLOGS : GROUPS : CLASSIFIED : FUN : QUIZ : MUSIC : EVENTS, etc.

All of those. It looks like they're supposed to be pop-ups, as they should up with # for the link. I don't have pop-ups turned off or anything like that.

I've tried it in Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. None of them work. I'm on a Powermac G4 with MacOS 10.3.9

Any ideas?

they're placeholders for right now, should probably work fairly soon.

Ah, okay. I wondered about that.

And that stuff looks cool. Do we know when that will all be live? Are we allowed to mess with that stuff yet or is it just to look at? Like adding blogs and whatnot.
