Rules ?!?

I've been all over this forum for hours now, and I just can't seem to find any rules regarding submitting to the activity contests. What kind of apps is allowed?, is this 2D only?, can i use filters? etc. Could someone please help me out - sorry for being so stupid, but where are those goddamn rules ? :)

In the threads:

Creature Of The Week:

- Nonhumanoid
- Colour or B/W
- 800x600 preferred, other formats permitted within reason
- Stick to the topic
- Short description of the concept required
- Take your time (scribbles generally get rejected)
- No old art

Environment Of The Week:

- Focus on the environment
- Characters/creatures permitted but must not be the focus
- Keep images reasonably sized, avoid sidescrolling
- Keep on topic
- No old art
- Take your time
- Describe the concept

Character Of The Week:

- Stick to the brief
- No old art
- One entry only
- Minimum 3/4 character visible, no busts or mugshots
- Background imagery not necessary
- Colour or B/W
- Any medium sans photographic
- Take your time
- Express/articulate the character

Industrial Design Of The Week:

- Stick to the brief
- less than 1280x1024
- Original designs only, no old art
- Describe the concept
- Colour or B/W
- One entry only
- Finished work only, take your time
