Sporadic site accessibiility?

I know there's a thread posted for server probs, I've already logged this difficulty, but I want to see if it's common among CA forum denizens.

I've been unable to connect to the site (either the CA homepage or forums) for the last 15 hours. Yet now that I can, I see lots of traffic that has occurred during the time I was unable to log on. This has happened off and on for the last week or ten days. Anyone else getting this kind of difficulty?

I sometimes get Access forbidden error pages while surfing the forums. Seems to happen alot in the Finished Works section for some reason.
I also experience extremely long load times in the forums & even just connecting to the homepage, and I am using a cable modem so it's not a speed issue. Not that I'm complaining, it's usually worth the wait :P , but just thought I'd bring it to light.
