I get the feeling that the images I post are way too saturated, but they look fine on my monitor, (The feeling comes from endless "whoa you're colors are far too saturated comments!" How do I adjust my display to a universal setting....so as to avoid oversaturation?

Took a peak, say on your avatar the red is 100% Value and 100% Saturation using the PS Color Picker, that's as saturated as it gets. So does it show up for you like this? Do other's works seems very low saturation? Adobe Gamma might help for some of this otherwise it's probably just you haha, you like intensity.
You might make sure you don't have any other settings on your monitor turned up either, my graphics card adds a "digital vibrance" setting that saturates everything.
