omg i painted something (nude)

well, as many of you probably know i havent posted in this section in probably over a year. i havent painted from life in so long, so i thought i would go ahead and do a quick painting. just wanted to try out some new brushes i made. hope you like.

really nice :) whats up with her hair though? all square and white and blue and her foots really blurry compared to the rest of her, eitherway has a nice feel to the piece :)

skuli: thanks. yeah this is photoshop 7

sems: thanks for the comments, but i really dont see what is wrong with her hair. in fact i like her head more than anything else in the piece. the foot isnt a focal point, and thus i didnt feel as if i needed to bring it into any more focus.

That's good, it has a nice painterly feel. I like the simplicity of the hair, big swift brushstrokes say a lot more than fiddly little detail sometimes.
The only thing that bothers me is the angle of her leg as it moves away from her foot. It should be pretty horizontal right there, but it looks like her leg goes up at a pretty sharp angle. otherwise it's real good.
