How the heck did he draw that texture on that dragon? O_o
I've been trying for ages and failed every single time.
Would obi or someone else give me a quick walktrough or something on that? You know with a couple of pictures of that in different stages?
I've just use a HB pencil for the entire drawing.
First I drawn the line art, and then start adding darker area for making it easily readable. The skin texture is just some lines with light or darker shadows.
Sometimes it's hard to find the best pressure for doing the light shadows but with a little bit of practise, it works. ;)
As I'm totaly autodidact, I dont know if my technic is the best, and maybe, with other pencils you could achieve a better result.
hope it helps you :teeth:

Uziel's heads got me thinking... sorry this is so rough - no time for detail. I was thinking of something that would swoop down to catch prey - that's supposed to be an inner raking jaw that drags the prey across the teeth. If someone else would like to finish it, please do.

Sammy's Lobster Dragon blew my feaking mind away. Not just regular blowage but "getting hit in the head with a lmon wrapped around a goldbrick at supersonic speeds" blowage. So i did my own. Its far closer to a traditional dragon then his approach and actually bears a bit of an annoying relation to Ebirah (old Godzilla foe) but whatever... its nearly four in the morning I can steal ideas from places...
Oh well, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so hopefully he doesnt mind me ripping off his genius.

Hub: Wow, thanks! You're crits are spot on.
I agree about the hatching down at the bottom, so I got rid of it. Looks better now. This was a new process for me, as I rarely do such a detailed pencil drawing before painting. When I do, I find it very difficult to refrain from painting out a lot of the pencil lines. I guess it just needed a little more cleaning up.
As for the flatness, I think the pattern of the scales is what's doing it, and I don't really feel like going back in and reworking all that, so I'll live with it the way it is.
Again, thanks for the feedback.
Kung Fu Genius: Thanks, I thought cute and cuddly would be nice for a change. By the way, your dragons are pretty nice for el-cheapo church drawings. The face on that second one has some great anatomy, and that is not an easy pose.

actually the head is very much like the head of the dragon from norse mythology named Nidhogg i think it lives in a world named muspellheim and eats on the roots of the life three wich the norse gods are guarding.

Kazz- fix your first image link, its showing a red X right now, maybe its just me. I did however see your post on cgtalk , Very nice work, I like the angled perspective of the sky.
I really never thought this thread would be this popular but I guess you can never go wrong with dragons since there is so much possibility in design, and actions. I love scanning all the great work, this really gets your imagination pumping seeing all the different variations in one topic.
Sabre- btw- I really love that big horned dragon, very nice.

Hey there OSU_Samurai, sweet nick.
I didn't paint over the lineart (I set it to multiply on another layer at low opacity). I put the black line in afterward. Is that a bad thing generally speaking? Cuz I kinda liked it.
OSU_Samurai
June 3rd, 2005, 05:25 AM
Actually I am a big fan of lines!
The problem I saw with yours was that in my opinion it seemed too even and smooth in some places. Sometimes I see the line weight change, which is good, but the line that traces the edge of his belly seems to be distracting to me. Its really smooth, and even and stands out a lot againts the yellow of his skin.
I think the lines would look best if they were on the underneath or behind definitions, like under his chin, under his belly, on the curve under his boob, under his shoulder blade etc.
Another thing with the lines only appearing on the outside edge, it really flattens your rendering overall and gives it a cartoony, card board cut out look.

Okay, this is the first image I've posted at ConceptArt.org. I've mostly been a lurker, :XD lol
Umm...I'll have to link to it since I'm not sure what the procedure for embedding it in this post is, sorry if I sound like a total newb :p
http://www.tiger-paw.co.uk/images/fantasy/inky-nightmare.jpg
It took about 45-60 mins, straight to ink using crimson and brilliant blue ink, and a nice fine drawing dip pen. I absolutely love using ink! It can be so expressive, so I just sat down and did this as a way of practice and fun :)
I made a mess of his horns! :$ I seriously need to practice horns too. But, he's basically a dragon with a mixture of skin types. He has flexible scally skin, like that of a snake's, and a wide band of fine, feather-like scales running above his spine. The large bumps are iguana-inspired, but I though they could be genetic abnormalities, much like mole's on a human's skin.
He serves no purpose, except to be drawn :XD lol

This thread is great, its great to see the different types of dragons people are creating from the your traditional looking fantasy dragon all the way to the more obscure ones.
MikeCorriero I love your dragons, of course when I saw that cow(?) hybrid I had to pick that as my favorite, its quite humorous. Especially its round plump bovine body compared to the size of its little wings, it gives it character. - just got down to 2nd page ones, awesome, you really add a reality aspect to them the way you are doing them, very nice.
Muttonhead Awesome and vibrant, not to mention out of the box :)
Atahualpa that second one has a intersting wood cut feel to it.
Oregano that is one mean looking dragon, it looks like he could use his head as a weapon in battering ram fashion. On the Pteradragon I love the texture and color, its beautiful, reminds me of some rock I've seen around with a bit of rust color in it.
Negrotuerto Nice color on that guy and design, he looks almost aerodynamic, I can imagine it running along like a gazelle, even though I can't see the rest of the body.
deschamps Ohh I agree and yours does look air worthy, nice job.
Tariq I love the packs and things on yours, gives a different perspective, and interesting. Its like a where's waldo, I am staring and staring trying to see every little thingyou drew in there :)
Tyeler It looks dragonish to me, it looks awesome - ram dragon type thing, I keep wanting to draw a little millenium falcon flying down its throat :tihi:
Kazz I love the mix on yoru dragon, its very different and unusual yet I could see it lumbering along.
Blobs That one makes me laugh, he looks pretty grumpy, like someone just ate his cheerios. (or did something else to it)
Dirty c Nice colors, nice texture on its skin. That one reminds me of a predator that would stalk its prey with stealth and on foot. Oh the face is awesome, seeing it closeup, he kind of looks cuddly.
Hurricane that scares me. I am 100x more uncomfortable with having rats in the attic now, considering poison or maybe a gun now.
Okelvin awesome, even if he couldn't fly, I think that he could probably catch knights like flies *shudder*
Character ohh color them please!
joeHave to say I love the legs on this one, and the hooves with the back claw.
eddrutos I really do like that dragon, he's cute with that big eyeball and little curly things coming off his nose.
Britt ... interesting... and ... creepy.. yet very creative! and gross :)
Mentler I just sigh everytime I view your work, I think you are not of this time. :grandpa: General loss for words.
Sammy that Oracrustracea is great, I love the underwater effects and the texture on its shell. Not to mention your developemental thumbnails also rock, I love to see that type of thing, thank you for sharing, its very inspirational.
Bkmini The beauty of your piece is beyond any description, it evokes such strong emotion and feeling. I think I need a hug.
Kung fu genius very nice clear sketches and designs :)
Rick Hershey that is sort of funny and scary at the same time. I remember thsoe nature shows about hippos, and they've frightened me ever since... and now you've given thim sharp pointy teeth! what were you thinking? we're doomed.
BritishRose Cheers on first image! I really like the way you did the texture on the neck, and beautiful horns.
I didn't get everyone, but all these are awesome, and great inspiration too.
I have 2 nieces and a nephew from 5 - 9 years of age, and the MOST requests I get is to draw dragons <insert random animal or type> dragon. When I saw this thread I decided it was a great opportunity to get some practice in for the 2 weeks of crayola dragon drawing with them coming up :tihi:
This was the first I did from a little sketch, I liked the sparrow type legs, it ended up being more like a design and flat. I think I will try to make it brighter and more colorful for the kids.
http://neabez.home.comcast.net/postingart/dragbird01.jpg
This one is still in the sketch process, I'm wanting to color it and working on it with apprehension. Learned a valuable lesson though, if you have shakey hands and intention tremor, don't fight it! go with the flow, otherwise your hand is so fatigued after 1 hour you can't use it for a day. And not being able to sketch when you want to makes bunnies cry.
Looked at swans in the beginning, thinking of a barn owl type coloring.

Here is my contribution to this thread. I kindda hesitated in the begining because, after I finished the sketch I realized that this is more close to a leviathan concept than a dragon. But then I thought: "what the hell, a leviathan is a kind of dragon anyway!". I hope you like it.

EVERYONE awesome dragons but i need to give Mentler some extra love because that one is so wonderful ! the personality in it just blows me away! good job!
heres my new dragon..
"When the humans eventually captured a dragon they found out that it was pregnant and a wild discussion within the castle broke out. Should the new dragons be killed or should their lives be spared ?
They decided to keep the dragons alive but under one circumstance...Their wings should be clipped.
They trained the dragons to act as battlehorses on the fields of war.
Noblemen rode them to show the nearby citys their welth and fortune.
But, the dragons never concieved. So slowly but surely the Royal dragons died out...One of the reasons was that the dragons never reached their natural breeding grounds high up in the mountains"

+ Extremely territorial ground based dragons
+ Spikes tipped with a nerve damaging poison which renders its victim handicap
+ Spinhrok are herbivores and gain their source of nutrition from ground based vegetation only.
+ Twins are often produced in winter, and the young are pure white.
I'm waiting to see Sammy's next mind blowing dragon concept which I saw some sketches for- should be pretty hot

hey Mike,
Interesting dragon development!
I'm curious about the description you posted with your herbivore Spinhrok dragons...
It states that they "gain their source of nutrition from ground based vegetation only". How do you figure that they grab the food they need? The tongue is very short rather more like a tortoise which eats mostly succulent vegetation (also eats a bit of protein now and then Link (http://www.petdoc.ws/TortDiet.html)) but then a tortoise is much smaller in size and so would consume less green stuff. Or are your Spinhroks very small dragons...maybe turtle sized? :)
The lips don't look very flexible so unlike cows and horses they would have a difficult time grazing on grasses... Since you mention that the young are white and born during the winter I figured that it meant that there was quite a bit of snow on the ground to help with the camouflage...so they don't live in a desert environment but rather plains or mountains, both of which would mean mostly grasses. Or do they have quite a bit of front teeth to help tear up the stalks? Maybe the profile doesn't give the best view of the grasping capability of the lips and teeth.
I'm simply curious because I know that you factor in the characteristics and reasons for being when you develop your creatures. It's something I like to do in my own creature artwork. And as a former Bio-med and Animal Science major who was studying veterinary medicine and dissecting alot of interesting critters in my anatomy classes....I'm even that more curious to understand your choices. :D
Thanks!
t

Reason for only eating ground based vegetation #1, thier undersides are very weak and vulnerable if they were to reach up on thier hind legs for food, by bending down thier heads to the ground they are protected by thier poison tipped spikes incase of any sudden attacks while thier feeding.
Thier Mouth is equipped with a seratted lower jaw which slices greenery when grinding against the upper jaw and the teeth in the back would then chew it up. It's mouth is hard like a beak toward the tip. Thier about the size of a wolf but thier legs would be short in comparison to thier body.
Most of the time if im just randomly sketching, I dont think too much about plausibility, but more so about an interesting looking creature. If I were to develop a sketch further, I would start to redesign and think more about where this thing lives, what it eats, why its young would be white at birth but darker at adulthood. Thinking that perhaps they mate at a time in which the birth would take place during winter and maybe in this world winter produces a lot of snowy weather, so the babies would be automatically camoflouged..etc
If I feel like I can relate a creature to a present day animal, I will use that animals characterisitics and living patterns as a way to evolve my creatures habits - such as you pointed out the tortoise.
hope that helps

Here is a re-make I always had wanted to do of a piece I did some time ago called "Time to feed the monster". I got inspired to re-do it looking at great ideas here, especially a piece of a giant lobster called "Manchesteria" on page 4. This creature is the Balaenoptera Caulolepsis. It holds a relation to the blue whale (Balaenoptera Musculus) and a certain species of abyss fish. This bizarre cross-species still has scientists perplexed. It feeds on anything it encounters when it's hungry, and is constantly marked by fresh wounds, which experts believe are caused by aggressive encounters with some other creatures of the same proportions that live in the abyss. The only creatures that co-exist peacefully at all times with the Balaenoptera Caulolepsis are the Remora Cetaceae, a unique species of remoras, and certain sharks which emit unpleasant electromagnetic waves.
I did this piece in photoshop 7 in about 20 hours. I really enjoyed creating the textures in this one. The biggest challenge was to create depth and have a somewhat decent color variation. Here are some images of the details (I scaled down the image to like an 18%).

HI everyone, I'm new as you can tell.
I am stunned by the amount of talent on this board. Saddly I can't draw for beans! You all have such imaginations and steady hands to do these great works of art. A friend of mine. Alex refered me to this site. You see my picture with the vampires and the dragon's blood in my profile? Alex did that for me, that's going to be the cover of my vampire novel. Just not in those colors, I changed it to negitive imaging to make it look funky. But other than that, all of you have great work that just blows me away!

This is my first time on board. What a wonderful and inspiring thread. The creativity from everyone has finally motivated me to begin experimenting with digital painting.
This is a water dragon. Haven't thought much about the creatures function, save that perhaps it's brightly colored pattern warns of poison spines and it lives in the ocean. My thinking was lizard or snake useing patterns, colors of salt water fish. I was mostly exploring silhouette and design. It was a fun process.

Figured I'd post this little marker sketch. Of course, as I scan through recent entries, mine and Aztcfireflower are going along the same vein - but I swear to ya I never saw your work until now. :^^:
I was doing creature sketches for the UK vs WA Tdome and ended up with this little ditty. It's a sea dragon with a capsule atop its dome which houses a master rider in the life aquatic. Nothing major...just markers and white pen on toned SB paper.

Wow Piero, that version is 10 billion times better than the original. What the hell is that idiot doing out of his cage? ;P Just to let you know, your signature is large and obnoxious... it doesn't have to dominate the painting, hell.. it doesn't even need to be there. You have a tendency to do that, and it's really aggrivating to see a nice drawing or painting ruined by a huge obnoxious signature like that.
No other critiques about it at the moment. It's rather late at night, some other time maybe.
I guess I'll have to post MY crappy little dragon now that you did yours. Mine's just a pencil drawing though, so don't expect anything awesome.

Hi there,
Had to do something for this. Originally I was going to create a beast of burden type image but someone did that earlier! I hope these are ok, just playing with different face types. The colour image was done previously but was showing similar idea to the sketch i was working on. Didnt come out right so posted this instead, hope thats ok. Anyway great theme and will try to post something again soon.

Couldn't ignore this threat, so I dedicated my daily warmup painting to creating a dragon. I know its just a quick one, but I will paint a better one when things have gotten less stressy around here- promised ;)
http://www.virusarts.com/mostrecent/cavedragon.jpg
The cave serpent. This flesh eating dragon has a snake-like body and lives underground...
His head and neck area are covered with heavily armoured horn plates.
It uses them to create tunnels and break through rocks. The rest of the body is realtively soft and covered in scales.
All horns except for his hard chinhorn are pointing backwards to provide kind of a grappling hook function when it surfaces to feed on cows and other animals.
The chin horn actually is the hardest part of its body, being used to chisle and break up extremely sturdy rock formations. Its second function is to stab it's prey and potential rivals.
Humans discovered the practical use of this dragon and domesticised it, reinforcing the head with hardened steel, to improve the efficiency of breaking through rock formations.
Dragons like these are mostly used in mines when searching for gold, iron and other metals.
(pardon my sloppy english btw ;) )
Thats about it... Props to all the guys who posted here... All of these works are awesome!

I like your dragons.
The female character looks like she has six fingers on her right hand? The one holding the sword. Maybe it's because it's a low res of the picture, but the shadow(?) on that first finger makes it look like it's actually two fingers. Unless that was your intention. :)

Hey i have been looking at this site for a couple days now and i finaly got through all of this dragon thread.......there is some extremly awsome stuff in here but i do have one crit for multiple ppl.
ps... this quick drawing was done in paint with a mouse in like 5 mins so i know there are alot things wrong with it but all it is is a quick example.

when you draw a dragons wing it should end up looking like a human arm with a hand but the fingers being realy long. some of the wings on here look like they have like 6 or 7 elbows runing through the whole wing.
when i get a scanner or a photoshop and a tablet i will put some of my finished works on here :nohope:

Don't say what a dragon should look like please. This makes sense, and I'm not disagreeing, but a dragon can have pretty much what ever you want to put on it. I hear it's quite rare to see one.

I'm gonna move this to the sketches/wip section if no one minds?
I think its had more than enough time in the spot light and should probably just be removed from the finished section since more and more "sketches" are being posted in it rather than finished pieces.
I'm surprised to see it still on the first page of FF to be honest :^^:
Finally hitting 400 replies
If people are against me moving it, then I'll just let it stay here.

There's never ONE exact way to go about drawing a dragon or its wings.. sure there is the techincal plausibility end to stick to, so looking at how a bats wings are designed might help or a teradon/teradactyl sp? but... then that kinda narrows the creativity and originality and fun of creating something Original. Concept design often pushes the extremes of plausibiltiy, but we try to keep things somewhat believable to the extent of familiarity in form and design.
Just making the point that a dragons wings dont necessarily need to always have a thumb, or five fingers.. or an elbow. Not to tute my own horn but as far as originallity goes.. my energy dragons wings illustrate my point on this matter. There can be mechanical dragons, rock dragons, water dragons.. and all of thier wings would look completely different. Remember ..
Dragons are often magical creaures so they don't even need wings in order to fly..

How many fingers do zombies have?

sorry to pull so many strings, but i have been told by some many artist to keep my drawings as close to normal anatomy as possible, even if it is a dragon, because the viewer who is most of the time not an artist can relate to it faster and not have to think as hard to understand the art.......but yes i do see all of yalls point aand i will take it into consideration the next time i draw dragons.
i guess i should have slaped the words "n00bs opinion" on there. :^^;:
and why did zombies come up in this thread?-4thangle

October 2nd, 2005, 07:22 PM
Iambs, I think 4thangle was trying to make the point; that while a human has five fingers on each hand, a zombie might have less fingers, since they're a dead thing.
Although I do partially agree with you Iambs. I like my dragons to have a wing more like a cross between a bat-wing and a hand. But I'll accept variations that look more like pteradactle wings or bird wings, as long as there is some consideration to anatomy. I have no problem with a magical creature that can fly on not exactly "realistic" wings, but if they're coming right out of the shoulder blades with no muscles to actually carry their girth then they just look a little ludicrous.
But that's just my two cents.

this is my dragon. As you can see, its extremities seem more like underwater fins. However it flies... why? because dragons don't exist, and if they are going to exist, they are going to be as absurd as we want them to be. And mine floats around waving like a serpent using its fins to direct the flight and going underwater if it has to. Because i made it.

You're pretty much on the money. The dragon's wing form was related to the human hand, but why not another animal? One with 3 fingers/toes/claws for example?
I think when you put guidelines on fiction it kinda defeats the purpose.
Also, Scum, your dragon is as great as your description. hehe nice one

October 3rd, 2005, 03:27 PM
haha, thanks dudes.
Dragons aren't real, i don't see the point of making rules about the way they look like. Especially in a forum about conceptual art, why redo the same stuff over and over?
Morrigana
October 4th, 2005, 02:12 PM
Scumgrinder- I think there shouldn't necessarily be rules, but perhaps boundaries. Certain things are only those things because people except that this is how they are. Take an orc for example. Mostly, they're portrayed as ugly, gnarly humanoids, either really bigger then humans or twisted and wiry. But when people see those traits (we'll say lots of warts, green skin and nasty teeth) people know it's an orc. If I suddenly drew this beautiful, willowy, epitome of beauty and grace and called it an orc, people would say I did it wrong. Mythologies and perceptions have given people expectations.
Same things apply to dragons. So, instead of someone saying "a dragon HAS to have these components", it would be better to say "a dragon SHOULD have the componants". Like, I think your creature is quite cool looking, and definetly unique and well drawn, but I can't (because of my own preconceptions of what a dragon is) call it a dragon.
Not saying anyone's more right than anyone else, just tossing out my opinions.
And while I'm tossing out opinions, I'll show a recent character sketch of a dragon I did. In my fictions/paintings, there are clans of dragons, defined by their colors and personalities. The whole gamut from peaceful poets to bloodthirsty warriors. Size and body type vary by clan, the bigger warriors having more mass and armor, while the more peaceful types tend to have more decoration than armor and are slender and more graceful.
This is one of the blue dragons, not quite a full-on warrior clan, but still a fighter. The males have more horns than females, and the crown continues to grow throughout life. Some of the protrusions of a dragon are just modified scales, and others are bone grown through the skin. Fire is a product of two venoms mixing in the air, oxygen being the catalyst for combustion. (Yes, that is a modified version of the Reign of Fire version and the dragons from Michael Moorcock's worlds. Just made sense to me.) The skin is a pliant but thick leather, like many large monitor lizards, and the teeth fit together like a canine's skull.
I'd cover the other features of a dragon, but since they're not depicted here, I'll leave it be.

i understand what you are saying. All i'm saying is that... if you are ... say.. doing character design for the lord of the rings based on Tolkien's descriptions, then yeah you have to follow the rules. However, if you don't have set rules , you should only consider the most general guidelines when designing a creature and then let your mind run free. Otherwise you are not taking any risks. when i started drawing mine i found myself drawing old medieval dragons with the horns and wings and spitting fire... and then i stopped because it wasn't really what i wanted to do. It was actually annoying me because they were so commonplace.

I find this amusing because if you're trying to impose realistic anatomy, that's not actually how that kind of wing works. While yes, the bone structure of a bat wing is similar to that it connects like this

I thought I'd add my dragon. its not 'golden age' work... fairly current esp since I've only just been able to start drawing again in the last month after a year of medical issues that've prevented me from enjoying art like I'd like.
this one was inspired by a cover art from a book I read when I was in like.. 4th grade. I've not seen that cover since but I've always carried in my head that sleek faced chiseled look for a dragon.
cropped from a larger work because of its sheer size.. a background I was never really sold on anyway. you can see the entire thing at my DA site if you're so inclined.

Sketches allowed - check. Strictly speaking this is not really a dragon, as it's missing wings - more like an amphibian lizard serpent thingie, or an overgrown seahorse. It's actually fanart, see "Naga Royal Guard" from Warcraft 3 for reference. Imo, it's really inspirational, I <3 it.

New members are welcome to post dragon designs. Perhaps go read the first page though.
Originally I had meant for this thread to be strictly concept art of original dragons, meant to be as original as your imagination can make them. A good example of what I'm talking about are Sammy's water dragons of which there are three..The giant Lobster/dragon being one.
The term dragon is identified with a lizard-like body, scales, big, claws, horns, beaks, spikes, tails etc, they breathe fire or ice or what have you..
My point for this thread was to try and steer clear from your "average" dragon, it was meant to broaden the term and make peoples minds work toward originality rather than create something that has been done before.
One of the issues I stressed originally about the rules of this thread was I wanted people to ONLY post work created specifically for this thread in order to inspire NEW never before seen work, however people started posting works they did months before the thread was started or they would post work done for a job or anything else they could find. I might move this thread pretty soon to the sketch/wip section to let it either A: Die off if people are losing interest in it or B: perhaps make it a sticky if people feel that strongly about it, it depends on how popular it remains.
I just think it's had its time in the Finished Section but no longer really needs to be here. I didn't want it to turn into a place for people to post unfinished, sketchy, amateurish work, and a lot of people were posting your average dragon design and not pushing their imaginations enough. I mean, don't get me wrong..there are hundreds of beautiful pieces in here, but it just kind of strayed from my original intent for its purpose.
I may start another thread, a proper one..with rules, guidelines, advice being offered, crits, tutorials etc. I have wanted to start a creature design thread for a long time now, but one that would focus on the concept art design aspects of how this business is run.

To mayshing, I don't know if you know or even if you care but the Yehweh was a religious "cult" that gained great popularity in the 80's, the reason I say this is not because I hate cults but because they were famous for being Black supremecists, and also i say this not because I have anything against minorities, and they were most famous for a large amount of murders carried out, mostly dealing with white people. Like i said I dont know if you care or not but I know that i wouldnt want to name something in my comic book after that.
To iPoke, it doesnt matter how well you can draw as long as you stick with the rules of the thread.

Yaweh/Yeweh (apologies to any jewish people if the spelling is off) is one of the 'names' of the God of Israel. Also not sure if he was going for that, but since he's talking about slaves running in a desert to 'Yeweh's land,' it seems plausible.

Dragoons are a ref to late 17th and 18th centuries...foot soldiers. The name Dragoon comes from the weapon they carried a carbine or short musket called the "Dragon" because they "breathed fire"...referencing the gun smoke after being fired. They were the most effcient form of soldier for guerrilla warefare.....:blahblah:
Basically any kind of soldier...of any "history"...that uses fire/smoke ecta as warfare tool...are referred to as this....which rocks becuase we can do what we please with that info :)

I'd love to design a game fully based around the idea of "extreme" unique dragons, somewhat in the genere of Shadow of the Colossuss, with wide open spaces, herds of various species, some dangerous, some mountable, one small one that constantly follows you as a companion and has magical powers that come in handy at certain key game moments and exotic locations.
That one kicks ass Stacey
