Seems as though the interest lies in major competitions, so I guess I'm going to wait for the next Thunderdome!

These are both well done, but they both suffer from the same thing: the only thing that makes them huge creatures are the small people near them. Relative size is only one (and the most obvious) element in drawing. When you draw a building, you draw it in perspective. You don't do that because the sides are straight; you do it because its size warrants it. The top floor is going to look smaller than the bottom one. Look at all the other differences: fewer details and atmospheric effects (haze effects, color changes, etc.), just to name two. Even the size comparisons are limited. While both have people and some environment (trees, buildings), both have troubles, too. Manslaughter's weapons, Kline's chains, and the clothing and material from both indicate a normal sized monster.

These are both good, but strctly based on perspective (near arm larger than far versus a very large head), I voted for manslaughter. It was tight, though. Really tight.

I like Klinesmokers, not sure why exactly, but it's more appealing to my eye and tastes.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys. Yours actually solves the problem in part, with the segemented clothing, but the cloth bends and folds like it was normal sized. The armor is another thing. There are a lot of ways to go about it (unless you're going to say it was magically crafted, which would be entirely valid for a creature that couldn't support its anatomical structure, anyway). It would probably need to be in sections and assembled like a ship's hull, or smaller bits. Nothing makes someone look larger like little clothes ("Fat man in a little coat..." Tommy Boy).
