Anything bond is inherently cool....but there are a few things you could look at doing.
Try working on your proportions, there is a lot of distortion going on. Peirce is looking a little chubby in the face, and his hand and gun seem small. The girl on the left has a very small head as well, giving her an almost anime quality. I think the black figures shoudl be pushed all the way to the BG, not overlaping the girl - it's confusing. Finally, your lighting and skintones...bond is way too yellow and brightly lit. Hope that helps.

Black hit it on the head. I have one addition. Your darkened figures seem out or proportion, ie: thick at the hips and short bodied. Keep on posting! :)
