Frame work

Hi. this is what I want to use from now on as a frame for my pictures. What do you think. Is it working ?

Try to use less space below the picture.

I use something similar I hope you can acces this url without trouble

You have to try to keep the distance on top and below almost the same.
In this way the picture stays in the center...

cannot acces it. I have also tried to center the image, but I don't like that way so much like the current one. It leaves space for the title of the picture. I'll try more things... hope you can give me the working link, cause I would like to see how you did it. maybe I did it wrong the first time :)
