crashed file robot [Archive]

hi,

this is one of my last 3d works- but the file crashed. worked on it on a mac (during my worktime...) and at home at a pc. maybe this causes the problem. now when i open the file, some parts where shown in different- and wrong sizes. i switch the camera position and some other parts playing crazy...

i love the metal-plate style this robot has. no critics on the bot, just want to see an upgrade and some animation too!

btw. why do you never showed me those fantastic models before? ... =]

have you ever posted this bot? they look really similar.
i have made this bot during april this year. its all done in cinema 4d. but, as i posted the file chrashed and so i couldn't finish this one...

maybe some sort of the same creativity wave length.;)

btw yours is great. i´m glad my file got crashed, in the direct compare my model looks very poor- have to practice...

I've worked on this robot on and off for the last 2 or 3 years. It's been with me for a long time. And I've posted it in different forums to get feedback, so you might've seen it somewhere before. Nice to see you're being inspired by my robot. Some credit would be nice though.

it is called the 12 monkey theroy that at any given time in any part of the world different people with no direct link can have an idea of the same nature. it happens a lot especially in art. I am sure no one is trying to rip anyone off. Although there are some who do. Anyhow they are both really nice.
