Really nice work Matt, they remind me of warhammer and warcraft illos respectively. I like the idea behind the design of the first guy's axe..I would love to see some blood spatters and what not on their weapons.

These are really nice. I love the texture on the armour in the first pic. You nailed that beat-up look. In the second pic, what's the deal with the sword in his right hand? It's got a flat edge, like it's it not sharpened at all. Either that or the edge is facing towards his back. Either way, good job, that was just something that stood out to me.

These look great Matt. Don't really see anything to crit. I really like that animal head axe, and for that matter I really like the way you rendered the weapons on the second piece. The figures in the background are also very well done.

The orcs great, is it for the gamesworkshop. I just finished up on a few illustrations for them myself. Alot of hard work :)

Damn I wish I'd done those!

Mean as hell and very fun. The contrast punch is great and the atmospheric backgrounds are excellent.

The only nitpicking crit I could say is that the ornament on the first ones headpiece seems a bit too soft. and that's a real nit pick.

The first one is really great. I love those smirking-face-ornaments. The weapon also looks interesting (even though I think I misinterpretet it at first: Its an axe, right? To me it first looked like some kind of open mouth that is used as a hammer that bites parts out of its enemies...)

The second one ... , well I did't see any things in it that are bad, but, it looks just somehow uninteresting /unoriginal.

These images are great. I really like the second one the most with all the added orcs back there. One small little minor crit though on the 2nd. The blade on the left side, looks like it is bending a bit. I think these 2 though are some of my favorites I have seen from you, I really like them alot. But then again what dont I like of yours... Curious though to know about how long these took to create. Wait I just noticed one more thing on the 2nd. Belly button looks too far over if that is his belly button.
