Old Posts in The Job section etc... (Moderators please look)

Hey Guys...

When I go on to the job section I see old posts getting bumped up to the top of the posts when folks reply to them... Some if not most of these jobs have been taken!

Can the moderators do somthing about this please... not allow replies on this part of the board or make it rule that folks do not paist replies under these posts (look at my cv at www.nosuchfolio.com etc).

Being out of work aint fun and sorting this bit of conceptart.org would be great for all of us looking for work and would improve an already great forum.

well its best to be able to post in the thread....but i can request that employers put dates on the stuff for responses..that should help.
