Being new to this site and to digital art I have a poll to see what you all use.
When creating digital drawings
Since I am just starting out I would like any recommendations. It looks like most people like painter. I downloaded the demo version and found that my "quickie" drawings really suck!
Where are the tutorials to great digital drawings?

Uhmm
Christian, just think about it for ten second.
To draw, is a tablet more practical than a mouse? And to use a drawing program like Painter or Photoshop, what do you think is the more usefull? Uhmmm? I hear you saying tablet... Well you find it.
Apart from doing photo manipulation(uhmmm... and?), a tablet is needed. I don't have ever see people using their pen as a mouse to draw in life ;)

It appears that I must retire my digital chisel because a tablet is "The" way to do this digital art. :}
