congrats to the ca members and mods....

ca recently passed sijun in member totals and will pass eatpoo today. the traffic on the site has been great and the exposure the members gain from the traffic keeps getting better and better.

thanks to all for the hard work.

may this next year be the best one yet. we still have a long way to go in our goal of making this the best place to learn art on the net. perhaps someday that dream will be reality. thanks to you all, we have a chance to really make that happen.

well, not to sound like a brpken record, i dont thank you for starting ca (starting things is easy) but for maintaining it (thats where it becomes harder, because inevitably, the initial enthusiasm diminishes somehow) over the time it exists, never really letting it come to a major low, quality wise.

I also want to post a "thank you" to all of you as well. CA has been my "home" on the net since I joined in December of last year. I don't hit up any of the other art sites for a number of reasons I won't go into here. But I will say that it is directly because of CA and its members that I've made improvement with my art and have gotten several cotnract jobs.

The work and dedication you guys put into this site I don't think is always appreciated as much as it should be. You folks are owed some major kudos.

This may sound totally cheesey, but its true: CA has completely redirected my life since my chance discover of the site, and for that I will always be greatful. Here, I found a whole community of people that speak the same language that I do, and see things in a similar light. That discovery came at a time just when I needed it most.

So, thanks to the CA crew for all their work in making this a fantastic place to share, communicate and grow.
