Nice composition! The painting is very low density, so the photos are sort of obvious. I would try to make sure everything in the piece is of the same density, either by not using photo textures, or painting more detail. Textured brushes are a good way to fake density without having to resort to photos.

I'd say those buildings need to fleshed out much more. Unless they are totally featureless, in which case I'd say more texture.
Really cool composition. Nice job so far!
