Yes, certainly. I'm a little north of Fort Wayne in the sparsely populated rural wastes of the boondocks, territory aparently forbidden to broadband ISPs. I've been known to appear on the IPFW campus Tuesdays and Thursdays from around 3 to 9 and Saturday mornings from around 9 to Noon, all times when I have classes. When they become available, I'll get a Conceptart shirt or two and wear it around for easy identification.

I can't say that I'm familiar with any of those places. Are they near Fort Wayne? Kendallville?
