Hey there everyone. I've kinda lurked in the shadows of the forums for a while and silently admired all the amazing art here, and I've finally gotten around to putting something I'm pretty proud of together. Tony Diterlizzi's art has been a huge influence on my as I've developed my skill. I thought I'd share it with you and get some critiques, as I'm always looking to improve. Apologies for the size of the file, I originally designed it as a desktop wallpaper.

Hi! Welcome to CA. First, I think it would be a good idea to save a version with smaller dimesions to post for critique. It's so that people can see the whole image at once to crit composition. The anatomy on your figure seems pretty well thought out, but it is still a bit wonky in places. The arm that's down seems awfully wavy from shoulder to elbow, and she has a long torso which might not be out of the relm of possible proportion, except the low belly button really makes it seem even longer. Her thighs seem HUGE, even though I tend to like curvier thighs. You could also work on the face. The head all by itself I don't find it really that feminine, it could be a bishonen (sp?) style pretty boy if you didnt see the breasts, and her fairly feminine hand gesture. The costume is pretty neat, though! I like all the asymmetrical details. :) I hope that wasn't too harsh a crit for your first post, and keep on posting!

No no, I appreciate honest and constructive criticism. Those are some things I'll pay more attention to in future projects. Thanks!

Over all I deffinatly like the image. The charictor rocks excluding a few things mentioned above. The mood of the image is good as well.
The only thing that realy stands out to me is the brush used for the leaves.
