Lava Monster Scene

Hi, so this is my first ever concept style piece of art. It's going to be a big demon lava monster thing vs. the warrior dude in the foreground.

I'm definitely going to redo the lines and values, I just did this super fast sketch up before work yesterday to see if the idea looks cool, and so far I like it.

Looking for any advice anyone has! Thanks!

Drew some hard lines on the monster/background (and changed the monsters head).. Added some grey values.. Stopped.. Frustrated and confused :(
