Hello,
First of all a big thank you to everyone at Concept Art for all the inspiration and information I've gained over the years lurking here. The talented artists here are a huge motivation to get off my ass and create something. So I've been teaching myself Zbrush in my spare time so that I can incorporate some 3D elements into my sci-fi artworks. Here's a few examples, I hope you enjoy them.
A bio-mechanical dragonfly drone glides over a city at night

The body of the dragonfly was sculpted in Zbrush, the wings were done in Apophysis, and everything was put together inside Photoshop.
Planet seeding

The three spacecrafts were sculpted with Zbrush and collaged together in Photoshop. The planet was a rock texture with the Spherize option applied a couple times.

I drew this in Photoshop with a Graphire 3 and the ships were made with Alchemy.
Bio-suit for extradimensional travel

This was my first Zbrush sculpt, a classic alien portrait, the background is mostly made up of fractals rendered from Apophysis.
