Hey! Flatman here

I'm a new member here at concept art although I have been frequenting a lot of Smelly Bugs tutorials since I started sculpting a year or so ago. As ive been looking up more tutorials everyone always suggests that you have a good anatomy book and I Was wondering if you guys have any favorites you could suggest me! Same goes with a DVD dealing with sculpting (preferably polymer clay) I'd be awesome to see some of the techniques replicated real time.

Thanks ahead of time for any help you're willing to give!

Hell to the yes, our Gnomon DVD is in the Top Ten on the Gnomon site. We are using Sculpey Firm and anyone who watches it and has any questions we are always online.

Here is a link to our store

Show favoritisim! Show favoritism! I was just helping you along to what you would have surely eventually said. Almost all the people at Gnomon are movie people and we are just toy sculptors so I'm very happy it's in the Top Ten over there, I filmed it myself, word.

For drawn anatomy I like Burne Hogarth, there is a great book called Anatomy for The Artist which is a ton of clear photos from multi angles, then I think the best book for sculpting toys and statues is PoP Sculpture by Tim Bruckner and Friends.
