Hi,
I just got an Android tablet and I'm trying to find a good drawing app similar to Brushes or Layers for the iPad. Do you have any suggestions?

I use an app called "Canvas", I think Canvas Lite is the free version, so go check it out! It's the best I've tried so far anyhow.

Sketchbook Pro is on Android.
There's also an app in beta called Fresco.

You might be interested in my painting app called Fresco that I just launched recently:

It has layers, configurable brushes, filters (blur, sharpen, noise, brightness etc.) and .PSD export amongst other things. Let me know what you think!
