2D Animation software

Hey o!
I am looking for a 2D animtaion software, an easy one for simple, sketchy and cartoony black and white animations.
No budget, I got the money.
I have used Flash for quite a while but I just don't like the digital lines anymore, I really need the pressure sensitivity and pencil like, grungy lines.

I look at Plastic Animation Paper, the lines were good but I don't like the interface.
